What are some big name MLB players that have played for random teams

Well, I remember when Piazza was traded from Dodgers to Marlins and then to Mets right after.

Any other guys that played for a team that was just random for you?

One for the older crew here. Hall of Famer Dave Parker ended his career with Toronto, after being picked up off the scrap heap for all of 40 Plate Appearances in September. In fact he was picked up so late that he wasn't even eligible to play in the Post Season that Year.

One more recent was Pedro Martinez playing his last season (all of 3 months worth) with the Phillies. He actually didn't pitch that poorly that year, but Phillies and Pedro aren't names that you would ever think went together.
