I haven't had any FP there in awhile now. But to me it looks like some of the Rules have changed from how it worked for me before. Especially the last Rule in the list that BAUS copied, was definitely not the case (at least not for me) going back early this year 2020:

As for the stray .01 part of your Available balance, yes that has happened to me before a few times, I've just let the software round it off and proceed with the wager. Cannot get rid of the spare change, but if I win a subsequent wager with cents on the end, it does add to my balance correctly.

hotcross, yes, however with their other rules, the 5k max rule is basically irrelevant and doesn't affect me in this case. Last bonus was for $1000 so obviously there's no way to turn it into 5k.

I'm surprised freeplay hasn't disappeared. It's suppose to disappear if not wagered within 30 days. Once the system is back up and running correctly, hopefully the freeplay doesn't vanish.

Dummy, he's UNABLE to bet the freeplay. I am sure he picked whatever game he first saw. Obviously 99% of people can bet their freeplays, but some of us can't and they won't do shit.

Support claims the rollover resets on new deposits now if you lost last balance with remaining rollover. Is this true now? I used to contact them to clear the rollover in the past.

Wait 24 hours.

I contacted them a few months ago, right after losing my balance. Asked them to reset the rollover counter. They said it would happen automatically.

Went back next day and it was zeroed out.

yes. if your balance is zero now you can deposit and the rollover will reset.

For a long time they've claimed the rollover will automatically reset and it was bullshit. But now it's true. It works.
However, I think that is why I've run into this issue where I can't bet freeplay anymore. While the ROLLOVER reset, the counter on my max freeplay winnings was NOT resetting and so I was hitting the $5000 max across multiple bonuses that were all separate deposits.

Same issue happened to me for about 3-4 months. Each time I was able to call in to support and have them place the freeplay manually for me which worked. This week out of nowhere the issue miraculously has been fixed.
