I think the only athlete I know who got bad covid symptoms was the Jags rb. Seems to be rare but it can affect some healthy people way more than others.

Most likely Turner has no symptoms.

Usually, if almost always both teams clubhouses get those types of medical news directly before the game, or directly after the game.
Rarely does a dugout phone ring for instance in the middle of the fourth inning of a game and get this "oh by the way your outfielder has a bad case of the flu"

Oh, this won't be an issue though, MLB powers that be will see to that.
