maybe like that sixers team that stole game 1 then lost the next 4 except they might steal 2 games and lose in 6

Raptors had an mvp type player in kawhi.
Butler is not an mvp. He can be compared to billups.

Heat can matchup well with the Lakers defensively, igoudala and average can guard Lebron, nothing rigged but it will be interesting to see how the series is officiated, Lakers have gotten a lot of calls.

Heat will need role players to step up offensively late in games, they can’t just rely on dragon and butler.

Spoelstra and Riley want to win this one to prove they weren't carried by Lebron and Wade in 2012-2013

It's not happening give it up.. Lebron and AD won't let it happen.. Don't throw away your money on the Heat on a feel and as a fan.. I sense a LAKER sweep.
Jimmy Buckets will try and maybe they win a game but still I doubt it..

The 2004 Pistons benefitted from a Lakers team that was decimated by injuries to key players and Kobe was dealing with a major criminal charge. Shaq was fighting with management and was traded the following year for yelling at Dr Buss during a pre season game. I think this was the year he decided to get foot surgery on company time instead of rehabbing during the summer.
But sure the Heat are the 2004 Pistons.

The Heat aren’t the 2004 Pistons but this Lakers team isn’t as good as the 2004 Lakers team either, Lebron is 35 and can’t shoot consistently.

I honestly don't see what people see that much in this Lakers team.. They are good no doubt..Every close game with them is up for grabs.. Jokic was more in foul trouble than he was able to play on some stupid calls running through the lane etc..bron got every and one instead of charge call, if not for Davis 3pt shot that series could go way different. Heat are not phased by anyone, they play their game and share ball.. If you make Lakers play half court game you can beat them.. They strive from forcing turnovers and teams not getting back.. I just dont see that with this Heat team that is so disciplined. Also, Caruso and KCP need to prove they can hit shots vs zone and in tight games.. Still think Lakers have some edge but... I would not count Heat out.. Good luck man

Agree the key to beat the Lakers is to not turnover the ball against them, Lebron shooting is trash the Lakers aren’t that hard to defend in the half court.

And grab the defensive rebound after a good defensive possession. Lakers too often bury teams with second chance points.
