    Las Vegas Sportsbooks?
Are they open for seating during the games?
Dover Downs Hotel and Casino, hasn't updated their website since July 23rd. They say no seating in the book.

I don't want to sit in the book, but I want to bet with a human teller and not stand in line at one of their 2 or 3 sports betting machines.

Most casinos that are open have also opened their sportsbooks including Caesars, Bally's and Paris.

One has to think 5 Dimes is just the tip of the iceberg for offshore. Pinnacle left for good years ago.

So how do the online apps works for Vegas casinos? I'm guessing it will make sure you're actually in the state of Nevada to register and play? Anyone try using a VPN to a server in Nevada so it thinks your in Nevada then you can play. I guess not worth it which is why you don't hear anyone doing that? If they found out you're not actually in Nevada then they probably would invalidate all your winnings.

True but there are plenty of writers working, especially at Caesars. Shouldn't have any problem getting bets down if you don't use the app.

Location based. Probably not worth trying to scam it because if you won and they found out... buried. I still like going to the window. Something more official about that. Having a bunch of cash in the account means I make bad decisions.
