I'm doing so much to avoid a dependancy on pain killers that could even get close to flirting with addiction. Because of the Kung Flu radiofrequency on 5 levels of both sides of my neck has been put off far too long.

I use CBD, CBG, weed, all of it and the only substitute from the doctor for RF becomes the percs.

I take days off and can't tell you how many days I've made the sacrifice of to just not take them or even to hold off from too many dosings on days I do.

I've managed it well, near perfect, even with my ankle in a boot and on crutches for months, but we are getting pretty far out and I hope I can continue to do the same as needed going forward.

I don't need to tell you, when we don't care it's easy and pain free, but when we do care and try to manage it, it's a pain in the ass. My family knows full well all about what I take and need, so they are there as backstop that I never intend to need.

My doctors have commended on using pain medicine exactly as it is intended, and I've been honest with them as well.
