agree. i like the idea of less preseason games anyway. guys getting hurt too often.

i think they will try the season. not sure if it will happen.

Yeah the NFL will play the entire season. The preseason was complete bullshit anyways and this is just a confirmation of that. By getting rid of the hall of fame and 2 preseason games, that will give the league until mid August to actually start playing. I don't see fans in the stands this year, but the season will start on time and will not be interrupted. I have confidence that the NFL has their stuff together and have made all the adjustments needed. I expect sloppy play early in the season so I'm gonna look for the under as a go to play to begin with on most teams with few exceptions.

I think the entire preseason schedule gets cancelled. Pfizer reporting positive results with their vaccine, if that gets approved for this year? Maybe their will be football. Otherwise could see football being delayed into the spring

It used to be 6 games in 1978. That’s unreal. 2 is fine from now on. This is so teams get more practice time. They r gonna play.

Players finally get their wish less preseason games means less risk of getting hurt and staying healthy longer in the regular season. As for whether they play the regular season or not I lean towards them trying to get it in but I guess time will tell.

Agree. There may be no preseason. I think there will be one game, though. I think teams will want one warmup to get them ready. As a Bucs fan, they need it. They can’t go into the season with no practice games.

Btw, worth mentioning the NFLPA's recommendation of cancelling preseason game will come with significant lost revenue. Teams will lose the gate, lose out on a lot of local TV money, plus the league's network routinely posts its highest ratings in August, bc of the games.

The wall is still unfinished so some teams could head south. There is a chance they could all sneak across the border?
