#9The real fun begins in 3 weeks. When the $600 weekly unemployment checks stop. And the massive layoffs begin. Unemployment could reach 30%. There could be riots in the streets again. The house of cards that Trump built is about to collapse.Comment -

#32Since when is SBR snowflake Central? I thought we were tougher & smarter than this, here. Some of these donkeys haven't watched a football game or worn a piece of Nike Apparel in three years, because they were butthurt over a guy kneeling.
How are you guys enjoying all your new Kanye West CDs, btwComment -

#33If nike stopped donating to all their bleeding heart causes, they could wipe all those losses out easily. Oh, sorry, I forgot, it's a marketing cost of doing business.Comment -

#34i used to always buy nike everything back in the day because i thought it looked and felt good. then i got tired of my $20, bad fitting nike socks ripping super quick.. so i just gave some $8 old navy socks a try. same exact features and look, just missing the nike swoosh. the fit was great and they lasted about 10x's longer. i quickly thought what the hell am i missing elsewhere?
years later (and before the whole KAP thing) i was done buying anything nike. adidas sweaters and jackets.. asics and reebok sneakers.. champion t-shirts. so much shit that's not only cheaper than nike, but straight up better. i won't buy jack from them now or in the future just based on that.Comment -

#35Unlike so many other industries/businesses, footwear and apparel are non perishable, so Nike can and will make up for a large % of lost revenue as the economy bounces back.
On a side note, anyone paying retail sticker price for any sneaker/sportswear crap is a buffoon. I never owned a piece of Under Armour.
Then one day I was low on golf balls and stopped @ a Dick`s sporting goods. Shitty selection, but picked out a dozen. On my way to pay, saw a large discount rack with Under Armour tops. $5.00 for sticker price $35 and up. Bought like 10 of them. Nice shirts for the price of a Hanes t-shirt. $1-2-300 for a sneaker. Simply no.Comment
