Times like these make me really appreciate that I'm very active and like outdoors and can hardly sit and watch TV unless it's some sports.

Because of the lady, we have Comcast and Netflix and Hulu and Amazon and every show you could ever want to watch and I watch the zero of them since this quarantine.

I don't know why but TV just bores me

Cleaning a lot. Just because I'm bored. Doing yoga and mindfulness excercises in am. Breathing, meditation. Music helps a lot. I try to play guitar and I'm revisiting some jazz chit. I walk and read lots of internet stuff. Yeah, the pressure of depression is tough. I lost my cool last night with kid and I'm embarrassed about that. I lost my bearing. I guess the situation got to me, but atleast I recognize it. I should read some books I've collected. I should work on my spirituality more. We have much time for self care. Just need to dig deep and fight our weak minds.
