No. You can leave your house for work or grocery store, gas, or pharmacy or solo work out jogging. But if out the police can stop and check you for the virus. Like temp and your physical condition. From there you could end up in a mandatory state or federal quarantine.

I help elderly people with their technology...phone, computer, tv....I got turned away at the security gate of the senior living high dollar complex. I was told medical emergencies only...

I totally understand but this poor ladies TV isn’t working and she has no clue what to do...trying to talk to the complex supervisor

This was in downtown Dallas
