Federal government should create an app like all the grocery store/ delivery apps. It can be only restaurant and bar out of work people that sign up to deliver.

Fed Government makes the grocery and non schedule medication deliveries to Elderly and documented immuno compromised individuals free.

I don't know about the whole country getting locked down tomorrow. I'm fine if it does but I don't think that will happen.

What I do think happens within 1 week from today though is domestic banning... that is where a city gets quarantined and nobody can get in or out.

I think it will be NYC. If not NY then Some place in Washington State is my 2nd choice.

No city has been quarantined before in the US that I am aware of, but I see that happening very soon.

As I understand it you'll be allowed to go wherever you want (maybe not abroad though?), but with most places shut down there simply be a ton of options of where to go and the recommendation will prob be to apply social distancing to the highest degree as you can.
