The WC was incredible and never ever change the format. It could not get better considering SBRs demographic.

Maybe if the powers are unsure they could run polls or threads. I wasn't aware of a winner take all, I'm not full time on here.

As I said though what this does accomplish is keep the tables active for sure, which is a positive.

Software won't do it that way, it will automatically place over the other, i think by who had the bigger chip stack at the time of their exit if on the same table. if two get felted at the same time on different tables, it probably won't happen at the exact instance, such that the earlier exit is out first, even if by micro seconds

from a site perspective, it doesn't get any better than world cup.... creates a camaraderie among site members like nothing else does, poker wise for sure. prizes are decent, and and everyone gets something....

from a player's perspective, sure, a wsop seat is the best if you can win it, but the broader scale payout of world cup keeps more players satisfied, and you don't have 39, 49, or even 99 players p.o.'d about the bad beats they took in losing the wsop seat trny....

this promo should be fun, though I think top 50 or 40 would be better for the final trny.... 100 is a bit much....

Totally agree Rudy. The World Cup promo was the most fun Ive had on SBR poker. Had to miss playing in it this year wish i could have. Great format

Ya I mean $200 for beating 100 people playing 3 months is meh, but whatever.

I'd rather have top 25/50 and top 10 pay or something to consolidate the bet points available so it's a little more incentive.

As I've stated a few times, this is designed to keep the tables active till pre summer. It's pretty lazy.

A bit/triathlon or something would been cool post football when sports sucks till NHL playoffs.

It's over now. SBR is entrenched

Yeah, these tournaments are not listed correctly at all.

The 10pm shows 2 pts for 1st and 1 pt for 2nd. The 2pm and 6pm show 2% and 1%. Are the daily tournaments not going to pay poker points to players for the duration of this promotion? That would be pretty bad if true.

I'd prefer fewer chips (or faster blinds, whichever) just so the tourneys don't last as long but I know not everyone feels that way. More points is definitely good. Really weird payout structure though
