I donate to Goodwill at least 16 times a year and also donate food to the homeless on Thanksgiving...........not for karma either, but to hopefully bring joy to others less fortunate.

Good stuff, Fish. I have a couple buddies who junk and although prices are down they still make decent cash esp one guy I speak to often who is homeless. I admire him because he knows how to survive in tough times. Living in a tent and getting thru life ok in his opinion.

When I moved and rented my home back in February the garbage truck came to pick up many bags of Stuff I had thrown away and they went threw them to see what they could sell at their flea markets. I went out to ask why they were going thru my stuff I wanted disposed of. At the time, I was unaware that once I put my trash out in the alley it became public property. I assumed it would be taken to the dump and buried, but the trash guys had first dibs on anything I tossed out.
