Drinking is for losers now...as long you can have fun the same as before, u r good. I e have 1 drink, or have 1 smoke, or have 1 line or nothing...When u get to control ur mind, ur the boss... Im still trying, only had a few brewskis but i feel awesome not being passed out and stupid

Trying a new thing now, no drinks or smokes, cold turkey for a few months, then only drinks on parties, ie like once in 3 months, and no hard liquor...

its hard, but this is the only way ...also, no checking SBR in the middle of the night when ur gf is sleeping, cause it leads to staying all night watching porn and possibly drinking as well not to mention fights in the morning which u already know u gonna lose

P.S. Did a research btw, when ur good at capping, both drunk and sober mind produce good results so dont be hard on yourselves boys(only my 2cents)
