Romo would be stupid to leave the broadcast booth and any team making him coach or coordinator would be even more stupid. Very rarely does a good player make a good coach. Totally different animal. As a player you have to prepare yourself and with coaching you have to prepare a whole team. Coaching in the NFL is hard with long hours at the office 7 days a week. An announcer really only works one day a week with one day of travel and interviewing both teams. Romo could stay at CBS for the next 30 years.
