Got mine working properly

C/S said they had a 'Known Issue' therefore put out 3 new App updates last 4 days

The last updated app worked but had to fully delete the old one from the iPhone then redownload & install the latest

Just make sure you have your wallet seed phrase (12 words) before deleting

I haven’t seen an update for bitpay app recently on my phone. I can send and receive just fine from my wallet but can’t load card still

Delete app fully

Go to your app site (Apple or Android) redownload and install (Re-Read Red highlights in Post #36 again)

After you get your wallet established in new App

Go into settings

You then should have your card connected to App

Got it all figured out for that problem. Now new problem is when I get new address it doesn’t start with a number. Doesn’t it usually started with a number? Also has lock segwit when go to get new address

Going to cash out at bookmaker and when I copy and paste into the withdraw, it tells me it’s an invalid address. First three is starts with is bc1. I thought they usually start with the letter 3

Figured it out. Had to turn segwit off. My next and last question is when I went to load bitpay card. I clicked send max. There was like 50 dollars in fees which I understand. But there was still 80 dollars left in the wallet after I hit sent max. Should the wallet be empty!? Why is there still 80 dollars left in the wallet??

I ran into the same problem cashing out the other day with bc1. It has smaller fees but is not widely supported.
I used other wallet app to get a non-segwit address. But you can request a non-segwit address in your wallet.
