frankly, i think most posters, including whoever posts under jj, probably know much more than they post. i meant you're a real capper-poster. there are very likely pros who just laugh and dont post lol

you're out here sticking your neck out. you've had some losing periods but you share your reasoning and im not sure anyone can argue you don't know about capping (message me some of those dudes/websites where people talk freely about capping like you do)

Take a break (several days).

12 in a row... clearly you are on tilt so time off will allow you to clear your mind and hopefully come back and start fresh. After some time off, think through the steps you used when you were successul caping and revisit them. Continuing to bet and trying to "work your way out of it" at this stage is not a good option since it could just get you deeper and effect you even more financially/emotionally.

When you start back betting again, try to think of it as a fresh start and adjust according to your bankroll.

You should never risk $ such that, if you lose, it would have a significant financial or emotional impact.

Guys relax of course I have lost 4 or more in a row before. That was a generalization/rule that I have used for the last 2-3 years as gambling is 90% of my income in that timeframe. So 3 loses in a row & I start to get turned off by it & I can stop for a week or even two. I am not a ghost & I am an SBR vet.
