gotta say for a philly bye week Bally’s was packed. Easy to place bets at a window (3-4 each). Never bet mobile there so cant say. There’s a couple options for seating. 1st 4 rows (prob 25 recliner seats each row) are 1st come 1st served. You can get 2 seats for $50 each but get a $50 food voucher. Or the fan cave where 5-8 can attend but you have to spend $400 in food or beverage. Gotta say impressed with the set up
