What do you think about the over 58.5 in Utah St? Banker likes that one. I hate college totals and I usually seem to lose even when I'm on the right side. Just bad beat after bad beat. As a general rule I try to stay away from college teasers, but certainly they can be good in some spots.

Lol. Here my theory on those type of things. As long as I can see why a line where it at I’m ok taking the “easy” looking side.

Like you notice how I was asking anyone if they could make a case for UCLA earlier? I couldn’t and fact nobody was willing to makes me thinks “ rug roh asu only -3 and none us can explain it! Something up”. When there hidden reasons for a line that when I avoid cause something usually sketch imo. You know there a reason for lines always, if you can’t identify why them best to avoid!

Kinda like the saying “if you can’t tell who the sucker is at the poker table it probably you” lol.

I understood why Purdue was -8 (at open) and whg they got bet up. Truthfully it wasn’t till the weather was obvious that I thought Illini became a good play. Dunno if you noticed but my early week thoughts on it was over over over, but once weather became a factor it not only got me off over but I knew it was very advantageous for Illini as Purdue run game non existent. Clear day and Purdue woulda passed all over them.

Yea for sure, good points. I have such a damn tendency to try and play those sides that make no logical sense for some reason (prob the ego driven need to be right against the crowd). If I could figure out how to change that tendency, I could actually make some money instead of always scratching out small losses or small wins

Lol. Sometimes the stars align and you get best of both worlds. Baylor last week was one my favorites of the year cause everyone (and I mean everyone) was against them yet my capping screamed all Baylor. Kinda rare they line up like that but I do love it when everyone against a play that my capping of the game is all the other side.

I feel like happens more with ncaa hoops, prob why it one my favorites!! End of day the whole “sharp/square” how many ppl like it stuff is all secondary to me. Imo that stuff was way more relevant s decade ago. Now everyone knows all this and like every angle once it becomes common knowledge it isn’t very useful any longer.

Imo now days that stuff is equivalent to flipping a coin. Much better off capping them and trusting your number, maybe if you need something to push you over the edge or pass you can use that stuff kinda like a tie breaker but never as a reason to make a play. Just my 2 cents on it. Everyone goes about this different and certainly not saying my way any more right or wrong that anyone else’s. Just what works best for me.
