Is it worth taking Baylor(-18) and Georgia Southern(+15.5) on Proline Point Spread, gaining an extra point on both games but, only getting paid even money?Comment -
I know it's too late now but only play 3, 4, and 7 game Proline Point Spreads. The math is somewhere online but just trust. If you don't believe, just look at a 6 game ticket which pays much less than half of a 7 game ticket so you can literally take 6 games and box the 7th and get paid more. Never play 6 game Point Spread EVER. Also, and I have nothing to back this up, but I've found a point difference doesn't mean much in NCAAF whereas in the NFL, a point matters much more. The Pro-Line tools where fairly basic and I had no use for them, the parlay maker is good, but I am inherently doing what the parlay maker does for you. If my math is right you need four points on a football game, with the static Pro-Line point spread, in order to get exactly what a book would offer you on a two-team 4 point teaser. Which I believe is about -106 or maybe it's + 106. So unless I see two or more football games with an industry-standard spread difference of 4 points or more, I won't bet Pro-Line. This virtually never happens in the NFL, but occasionally you will find three or four games where the closing line will be 4.5 or 5.5 off of Pro-Line's posted spread, Saturday morning at 11 - 11:30estComment -
