Tony has dropped contact with me for now 3 full days over only $145. If he can't pay that there is no way he will be paying some of the quoted amounts owed. I do not anticipate payment, but I hope he makes good on his business.

There are two versions to this story:

1. The people who honestly claim Tsop owes them money, some even as low as $100.
2. The people who say they will be payed tomorrow for the last 2 weeks.

You figure out who are the bettors and who are the agents. SBR I'm doing you a favor here to clean up your mess sooner than later.

It matters to an extent. If there are agents still working for Tony and trying to make up stories to re-affirm his customer base then there is another scandal just waiting to happen as another wave of people fall victim.

what I'm sure most of you don't understand is that this is bigger than SBR. He has only about 20 guys from SBR, but overall, he has a lot more than that. He has guys from home that play w/ him and win and lose.

It's not just SBR that's involved, it's other gamblers outside of SBR that Tony is friends with or in contact with. I'm sure he is waiting them to lose to pay winners, or is doing w-e.

See the reason why people are having problems w/ Tony is not because he is or is not stiffing, it's how he handles his business. Saying he will pay today, then saying today, then saying I'm oing it now, then saying I'll call you soon, then saying the next day, it will be done today, and so on. IT PISSES PEOPLE OFF.

If he just came out and said, I will have it to you on Friday and it's Monday or Tuesday, people can live w/ that, but being told you will have your money today and not having it that day pisses people off and then they call him 100x and it's just a cycle.

I still don't believe Tony is a STIFF, I believe everyone that is owed will get it, just not in a timley fashion. yes it sucks, but at least you get it.....hopefully.

That's the problem I'm having and I told him more than once if he needs to slow pay me it's fine but telling me I will have my money everyday and then not paying is bad businesses.

If he had been smart, he should have PLACED bets for people and take 10% of the winnings.

Get the $$, place a bet at a local legal sportsbook, and if a ticket hits, take 10% of the win.

He makes $$ and no risk for him.

What I do sometimes for friends that live out of state lol. And I get 10% for my troubles.
