This is the way I would look at it. Yes people will still play with him to get cheaper lines and will know it could be slow pay process (but will cry anyway if not paid promptly!) Some of these people probably can't afford to play at a graded book so if they don't win T might expect some slow pay on the other end as well. Remember, A STIFF IS A STIFF ON BOTH SIDES OF THE FENCE! Ok alittle harsh, for the slow payers lets use the term SEMI-STIFF!
