Not so sure about all of that. Kentucky had a decent 10-3 record... and they didn't even make the top 25 for 2019.

They must grade on some sort of estimate performance and/or prediction for 2019.

Probably a shot at me. I give out just as many plays against the Cuse as I do for them. No one knows them better than I, so how is that a bad thing? They’re easily a top 25 team.
