Someway they cancelled it... and then quickly went through a vendor.... again... got the log in within 15 minutes. I don't want to mention any names... but you can tell by the high post count who it is on YouTube about Nitro.

You have to download the smarters video player (that’s what it plays on). The Nitro is $20/month. You will get a username and password, that’s grants you access to watch it on Smarters. The video explains it. It’s very easy.

When I first spoke to the lady on the phone.... I just said... is there anyway we could lower my bill? She responded... how does $60 off a month for 12 months sound? (Naturally I was thinking... well sh#$ that's very good.) But I pressed... and I said... directly... is there anyway you could throw in Sunday Ticket for free? She put me on hold for a short time and came back and said... I have to enter the Sunday Ticket into the system as a charge... but I want to compensate for this. How does $60 off a month for 6 months sound? Plus, I will throw in a $200 gift card to offset the extra $6.00 month for Sunday Ticket. How does that sound? I said... I can't complain.

This chick was giving so much away... I pressed one more time. I said... is there any chance you could throw in maybe HBO for free for a few months? She goes... no problem... how about HBO free for 3 months? I said... I can't complain lol you're the boss.

The extra discounts were applied because of initial billing errors.... I will explain.

1. I was only supposed to receive one of the $60 discounts for 6 months. As you can see... she set it up for 12 months. So, she threw away an extra $360 in discounts.

2. I noticed they billed me for the first HBO month. It was an accident. She activated the HBO.... but she programmed the billing to start Free HBO on the next statement FREE for 3 months. So I had to call back.... and I got the same girl... she felt bad. She gave me an instant $25.00 off credit. Plus, she threw in an additional $15.00 off for 12 months. So technically... I got additional discounts... and HBO Free for 4 months.

Honestly, I don't know how she even has a job still? lol

I don't think I'll ever save this much again... but I will sure as hell try lol

If you get lazy and don't call in and don't complain about the high bill every month and leave it alone Directv will make a small fortune reaming you. It's free money for them.

Threaten cancellation and let them transfer you to the cancellation department.. Don't panic.. Ride it, tell them you want to cancel service if they can't lower your bill.. Even if it's a bluff.. You can always say well let's hold on for now and back out at the end of the call..

I think you should do that with all your bills.. I've saved thousands over the years doing just that.. Late fees on Creddit Cards or utility bills too.. Just call in and give them a story.. Lost in the mail.. They'll wave em..

Even when they tell you a subscription falls off... I always call the day of to cancel. lol I don't trust some DirecTV workers... and I'm all about saving money. I try to never pay full price for anything.

I would of been happy with the $60 off of $100 for 12 months. Paying only $40 a month... you can't complain... but it doesn't hurt to press in a nice way. All they can say is no.

hello guys im a done with direct tv their customer service is the worst. i finally decided to move to iptv television it was something i was trying to stay away but not any more. I actually came across this websit www.instaplayiptv.com their prices seem very reasonable specially because they offer all the local channels you can imagine. They have all the cbs, abc, nbc, and fox. One awesome feature that i really like is that they have their own app which is extremely easy to download and install on any android and even ios device. What really surprised me was the fact that they sent me my username and password very fast i believe it only took 3 hours or so if im not mistaken. One awesome feature that instaplay iptv has that i have not seen was the ability to have multi-view service. Basically this weekend i was able to watch two football games at the same time and all i had to do was go back and forth to choose wich sound i wanted. The service cost me $30 dollars with 2 connections. But i loved this service so much that more likely i will switch next month to the 4 connection for only 10 dollars more and with that i can watch 4 games at the same time. My sunday will be the greatest im sure all my bros will like that when we are in my man cave. To sum it up instaplayiptv.com can offer a great alternative to expensive cable and satellite service.

seriously though I had zero issues with this thing. Not sure if it’s new or what but amazing. Watched Ravens game / Saints / Giants on Directv with no buffering. ESPN over the weekend for bowl games. Seems top notch
