in my mind, I think of a rain out as this.....

game starts at 7pm....and then its delayed delayed delayed and then by 9pm it's cancelled. In that sense, the game had opportunity to start and then just was called off.

In this sense, the starting time was what 8pm. and the game was called 3 hours prior to starting time, which makes it legal to make a new selection.

Mod needs to step in, but again we have all been self governing ourselves here and I have to assume this is first instance of this happening. I honestly have only been tracking myself, so not too sure if any other posters have had similar issues

No clue, that why I asked. I’m ok w either decision, not trying to skirt the rules, just wanted to have one in in case it ok.,

...as scheduled. Changing a pick from a 7pm game which eventually is cancelled to a 10 pm game that same day should definitely not be allowed. There must be a very simple way to solve this such as giving everyone. two picks on Tuesday if they picked LA or Texas on Monday
