on one hand, i feel like illinois bettors got the matchup correct. illinois was highly competitive.

on the other hand,

1) top programs that start slowly usually finish fast.

2) similar to #1 but it seems like psu, wisconsin, ohio state really roll in 2nd halves.. a team like illinois or minnesota has very good players but i would assume lack the depth of the dominant programs. so they tire.

Yeah, the defense showed up in that game, K State could not find the end zone.
USC was easy last night.
Amry/Oklahoma got me 35 half time points, second half has slowed down

Mid-way through the 4th PSU threw on 3rd/15, the pass sailed over the receiver and some dumb ass from Ill just went up and blasted the receiver for no reason. 15-yard penalty. That was the when those of us who took the points lost. PSU went down to score, Ill became desperate and turned it over and got scored on again. Yep, crazy outcome. 8/10 times Ill holds on but that's gambling for you, I suppose.
