Game did go under 70- Bama call off the dawgs - Probly could of score 100 points alone

Right, and some high school team hung 35 on 'em in the first half alone the previous week so I don't know why people wanna gush over this thrashing... I mean Ole Miss has a potent offense but the defense was so bad that the offense was always forced to press because they didn't have the luxury of playing at their leisure.

Of course Bama is great but they haven't been tested yet in the slightest.

I think Clemson and Georgia can hang with them because of their defensive schemes, particularly Clemson. They gave the D-Line to combat their powerful OL. Ohio State and Oklahoma’s defenses would get torn apart. If Oregon State can put 30+ on OSu, Bama will put up at least a half-hundred.

A good test will be the road game at LSU in a few weeks.

It's not so much the schemes but the personnel. Clemson has a defensive line that most NFL teams would covet. That alone gives them an equalizer, an advantage even, against Bama that few have.
