I remember about 15 years ago when alot of books had a minimum 500 dollar deposit. I always assumed they didn't want people to start small and build up and take their money. Not sure exactly when the big run of books started . Maybe it was because they were new back then. Bur as far as withdrawing, many people like to win and withdraw as a way of sending it to a different book. Options are good though
