I'll take Eagles -1 tomorrow night for sure. I wasn't gonna bet this game but now seems like a good time to get in. It's a typical overreaction to a couple of injuries for Philly that can easily be overcome for a game. I don't even think Alshon Jefferey is that good to begin with, Mack Hollins has been inconsequential, and we all know what Nick Foles is capable of doing in place of Wentz.

One of the best defenses in the league, coupled with one of the best offensive lines in the league, at home on opening night, and it's virtually a pick'em? Yes please.

That's just ignoring the fact that Nick Foles had 2 games last season that were better then any of Wentz's games, according to Pro Football Focus. Foles has also already beaten Atlanta, in a playoff game. Nigel Bradham might be a bigger loss for Philly than Wentz. Home field is huge in this one and Philly have one of the best rush offenses/defenses.

Harold a couple thoughts. It’s literally 95 degrees in Philly today with about 85% humidity. You’re gonna have to factor that in.

Im not a big believer in SB hangover or things like that. Bradham being out is huge as they are thin in LB as it is. Like anything else if the D line can dominate the game they should win. I like the under as well and bet it last week.

I like to cap NFL based on how the mascots would battle each other in real life. A falcon is fast and agile but an eagle counters with size and power. Falcons go for the kill early but tend to make dumb mistakes while eagles are patient and wise, choosing the optimal time to capture their prey. In a neutral tree it is a close call but with home nest advantage Philly is the play tonight.
