Not that it wasn't a winning bet, but ridiculing a bet and then doing a parlay in a sport where the best teams only win 60% of their games, isn't the best long term play.

I don’t disagree with you on your statement based on the winning % of the teams but betting 2 game parlays in multiple sports have worked for me profitably for years. I bet mlb, nhl, ncaa fb, ncaa bb, and some international soccer. I do tons of research and try to isolate the 2 best games for my bet. It’s not easy and I would say 97% of people betting have no chance of long term success. I just think betting on a losing team is horrible to begin with for long term success. I usually don’t like betting a game where the game has 2 winning teams playing each other like the red sox game but the analytics I researched showed red sox a huge favorite so I bet them. I usually choose a good team playing a bad team like the mariners game.
