Is it a local ID card or international passport?

    Will you file a complaint?

Don't you want to have your account unblocked and get the deposit you referenced back?

ID issues are common. Resolving them should be easy, if you can.

Yeah, a well known problem when you are multi accounting bookies. Some people choose to use their own sbr account for complaining saying that 'a friend has a problem with bookmaker x'. The most common way though is to create a new sbr account, and that's why we see many complaints from first time posters.

It sounds like a common case of a player not going through the ID process, possibly because of a speed-bump, and then losing the balance. Often the bettors first instinct is to blame the book thinking if they had just paid me right away I would never have let my money ride 3 days later.

    Same company only

Totally different bet offers and lines

    Different software

    Totally different compliance regs

Sportingbet.com is heavily focused on UK/USA/Euro sports

Sportingbet.com.au is geared more for Aussie Sports

Agree that OP sounds shady, but Sportingbet.com (D+) is a "top flight" Book? Is this SBR's opinion as well?

I do not care about failed bet promotions

It has ZERO impact if a book is good or not in my mind

I a not a scammer type..these complaints very hard to prove because your dealing with lots of people from foreign Countries with language problems

    Centrebet
    Sportingbet.com
    Sportingbet.com.au

ALL at least B ratings if not better..I would not even blink a hair to have $50,000 in any and get paid real fast

I know more about worldwide books probably more than anyone in the SBR office

A lot of ratings are way off as far as non usa books and I mean way off

You do not give someone a D because of a bet promotion that has failed and if it did still hard to say who is at fault

Talk to me when guys do not get paid winning money without the gimmicks attached

So how a Book honors its bonus should not affect its rating? And you're not a scammer, yet you proudly admitted you would have "hammered" BI's bad line on the last OKC/Miami game?

Hopefully everyone knows what a joke you are, because having an SBR paid rep endorsing an "iffy" Book could be detrimental.

Thousands and thousands of players play at the Sportingbet group of books across the world

    Massive customer base

OK Betfair has had some issues with promotions in the past too and they are A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ so we going to rank them a D also??????????

Now dont forget big Euro Books have promotions all the time weekly actually and all sorts of stuff

Lots of rules also hooked to them

That rating needs to be changed its a fukkin crime whoever made it

I will heavily endorse all sportingbet groups

Hedger I am in a different league than you as far as this suybject

Smokey I will school anyone on this subject including people that work at SBR

All I have done for 10 years is study books from all over the globe

I do not weigh bonus shit heavy as far as if a book is good or not

Euro Bonus structures are very complicated and be interpreted very different by different people

I am sure there are controversies and books at fault from time to time as there is with big time banks and big time corps and their own promotions

Is JJ trying to make a power play for SportingBet management to buy some of his belongings? Maybe. Never seen him so adamant in his defense of a D+ Rated Book.

Probably different worlds too. In my world, actual money is gambled (not 10 dime "air bets" on the NBA Finals that you make). Further, playing real money at SportingBet appears a bit risky for me given the rash of recent complaints posted at the website that pays you.

To be fair, I've played there for many years and I wouldn't give them a D+ either. At least not their Aussie site. Can't say either way on the Sportingbet family as a whole as I haven't played at the UK site for a long time. But at various times I've had substantial amounts of money in the .au and I felt as safe as if my cash were in a bank. And when I request a payout in the morning it's in my bank account at 12:01am the next business day without fail. Different regulators, operated by Australians and they don't offer all of those bonuses so it's very straight-forward.

We got people here making opinions off a complaint

They have no idea what the sportingbet group actually is and what they are involved in.

Actually I'm trying to be open minded. I see several very recent unresolved complaints here, and it makes me nervous. I've had success playing at other C and D Books ( Americas Bookie and Alliance currently) so I don't always go by the SBR ratings. But until Sportingbet addresses their numerous complaints, it's bettor beware IMO.

Last week Sportingbet sent out advertising by text message to individuals informing them of a free bet promotion on Euro 2012 (refund on certain markets, relating to Rooney scoring).

However, a number of them were subsequently denied the free bet, citing their 'refusal' clause on perceived past betting patterns despite being directly invited by SB to the promotion.

An invitation was then sent out the next day to a further free bet promotion - including once more to these individuals.

    Incompetence at best.

The rating D- also has an affiliate impact. I do not believe Sportingbet affiliate is so good to pay? Imagine they perhaps scammed SBR for money? Let me know.
