dlow makes a bad call with only two outs, but miraculously rivers one of the outs to send cankid to the rail.....

sbr loves rewarding bad play, and did so bigtime with that sick beat..... (cankid had an ace, flopping top pair, shoves,, and dlow, knowing he had to be way behind with only two outs, makes the hero call and sucks out.....)

pure sbr...... dlow even did the slo roll waves tactic of waiting til the last second before making the call..... interesting.....

dlow and dgg23 battle it out for 1-2nd, dgg took over the lead, pretty much flippin' stacks, only to see dlow battle back in impressive fashion for the win.....

dlow makes it even tighter at the top..... not the kind of threeway I'm used to, but a threeway nonetheless...

Close so far. Granted very early, I don't know if any team has jumped out into a huge lead on Day 1 in any prior year, Day 2 often is when some real separation begins. But plenty of tourneys left for today so we shall see - anything can happen!

stifler's epic run for the confeds a few years back got us into better money, if I recall correctly.....

I didn't even have a motive to orchestrate a chip dump, when I had a WC spot locked up & didn't want to be on Donkey's USA team. No1here even stated I had no knowledge of his fold/timing out. But don't let all these facts get in the way of the Waves witch hunt.
