#3824 hour access to what? Slot machines?
No sportsbooks open past 8 pm and apps close at midnight. Football season some might be open till 9-10 ish
Stores all close at midnight now just about every 24 hr Walgreens and Walmart have changed up. 24 hr pharmacies scarce
Just like any other city nowComment -

#39Interesting question
I would consider moving with several other variables considered.
But this city has a lot of stuff I like.
decent paying job
24 hour access
No last call for alcohol
Decent weather
Whatever I want, I can get here.
Excellent Veterans Medical accessibility
One of the best decisions I ever made was moving here. Almost 5 years now.
Restaurants bars, and Albertsons in my neighborhood 24 hours.
Banks open later(7p.m.) and on Sundays.
Their is just more shit to do here.
Sportsbooks open till at least the last event is done. Apps are 24/7. Some books on the strip will have a guy you can buy tickets from at 3 a.m.
If you have a problem with Vegas, it's probably because something is wrong with you.
For example: JJGold, we all know he's a degenerate that lacks self control. When he lived out here, he lived in ratchet infested neighborhood and couldn't control his gambling, and/or keep a job. Tha means something is wrong with him.
Sorry I got to rip on a guy I actually like. But I fell like I got to correct these 'glass half empty' opinions.Comment -

#40Their are bad things, but not unlike any other city.
Schools under-funded
Too many Californians because that state is too expensive to live for most.
Too few police
Corrupt politicians
Blah blah blah. Nothing unusual that you don't see from a big city.Comment -

#41For the guys that live in Vegas - do you actually go to the sportsbook or do you do everything with phone accounts and apps on your phones/tablets?Comment -

Me, just easier to watch a million games at once than do it at home.
I eat out at the restaurants at the casinos a lot.Acquired so many players points, I will never pay for a buffet for the rest of my life.
Stations have u.s.b. ports to charge electronics in the sportsbooks. They don't bug me for loitering. I don't pay for cable, or sports packages, anymore.
However, I am never on the strip, or downtown. Accessibility is just a thorough pain in the ass, unless if I worked there. Too congestedComment -

#46I live here
Where the hell are you looking
Outside of the strip it's a ghost town everywhere after 9pm
They just had write up recently in paper how it's not 24 hr city anymore
If you want to sit at gas station and play penny slots all night then I guess you could call it thatComment -

#48I live 5 hours away from Vegas by car..
I say why go to Vegas, get drunk, gamble and waste your cash when you can waste it online at home with the many internet sportsbooks instead?...
Vegas has become obsolete.. Home is where the heart is at...

#51this a year old too most now dropped late hours
https://www.reviewjournal.com/busine...-hour-service/
This year, at least 11 grocers have stopped 24-hour service. The valley may continue to see cuts.
Without the sales volume to justify 24 hours, Smith’s has decided over the past six to eight weeks to shorten hours at four former 24-hour stores, spokeswoman Aubriana Martindale said.
Volume or not, it used to be worth it to stay open.Comment -

Its really not that big of a deal.
If you have a car, or accessibility to Uber/Lyft, you can still buy diapers at 2 a.m.Comment -

#58Fuk the apps.
Get a crew together and slam several books at once if you need to really get down some kind of limit numbers or just have one pull the trigger at the house with the good line.
They won't even notice you.
I miss the old days, just before the internet craze.

#62I live in Cali - my parents retired in Vegas, so I'm up there 6-10 times a year. They always go to Sam's Town because they live the closest to that and they cater to the locals.
I don't like that the "Big" casinos like Caesars started charging like $12 to just FU##ING park?!?!?! WTF?!?!?
AND they have little "indicator lights" at the bar, so if you sit down to play some video poker or whatever, you have to play a certain amount before you get your "free" S#!T well drink.....
F##K THAT!!! - - Go off strip/downtown Fremont/station casinos and watch the bands, gamble/drink/eat to your heart's content, be mesmerized by the 19 year old "students" dancing on the tables as you lose your last $100 at craps, watch a free comedy show at the 4 Queens, and then go up to your $19 room at the Plaza, vomit, and do it all again the next day.....Comment -
