does anyone like watching Stephen A Smith, even on a "love to hate" basis?

shocked ESPN doesn't realize how people (i think) perceive SAS............

i know it's PC and SJW days but they're has been at least one major incident where they could easily have fired SAS without recourse..... and even if they straight out fired him because people don't enjoy watching him and he's not good for ratings i can't see him being someone the PC community would get behind for long. i.e. it'd blow over quickly.

ESPN has had this semi-mysterious ratings decline and yet they keep SAS.

I don’t particularly like him but a lot of people do. He is loud and gets people to react to him. Real easy for me to just not watch him. I see the svp sc and the 2 guys after him if I catch sportscenter at all.

I'll admit First Take was a guilty pleasure when it was him and Skip Bayless. I never really got into Kellerman once Skip jumped to FS1, so stopped watching shortly after they put in Kellerman.

The best way I can explain is it seems he tries to be Skip, but does a bad job at it. He's not entertaining, he's just loud.

No matter who the host is, they're talking about the Lakers or Kobe. All day, every season. No college sports, no hockey, very little football.
