Heres my view:

Halep has the recent Head to head history winning the past 4 matches between her and Sloane.

None of Haleps wins came against Sloane post US Open( Sloane is twice the player since their last meeting)

Halep will have confidence knowing she can beat Stephens, will this bother stephens on her end.

Most people will be all over Halep here (The public)

I think Smart money is on the Over total. I could see either player starting off hot... both tend to have lspses in their game where they dissapear for 20-30 mins.
