I think the article addresses this. Says that he's not too interested in spending all day w/ his wife. So, decided to take back his job where he can earn some nice-coin. Said that he likes to spend a good bit of $$.

I think there's an arrogance about him that makes him (somewhat) unlikable. His career came from a pretty humble beginning.

Wound up carving a nice niche largely b/c he had the pulse of the New York teams. Was pretty chummy w/ Parcells back in the day.

Exactly, toler. SO MANY bad sports-talk shows out there. In the grand scheme of things, Francesa was on the front-end and looks pretty good (in comparison).

This is true. Haven't turned my tv on in months and last time I did it was to watch a game I had money on.
