not 100% positive but you should have asked them that when you took it out. i know the mohegan sun will give you one but it's 7 days or they send 2 guys out wherever you are to collect it. i know for a fact that a ma state rep's wife took one out for 10k @ foxwoods and laughed at them over the phone when they asked for it back and they sent 2 guys out to collect and she payed. do not know how long or overdue that was before they did that but they will do it. i am not kidding around about this. not sure if you actually did this foolish thing or are just saying this for sbr entertainment purposes only. they will drive to newark.

you would be wrong. they do not abide by state or federal laws. they have their own jail on site there. they do not use legal steps to collect if someone stiffs them on a marker. do doubt if they actually use physical means to collect but they do threaten action of some sort to get their money. ask peter blute former state rep in ma if this is a fact. it was his wife bobbi who blew 10k on slots and refused to pay them. anyone can get a marker there. do you really believe they would go through small claims court to get their money back. they are a sovereign nation. exempt from federal and state laws. local or state police would not interfere with their actions whatever modes they use. go down there and take out a marker and don't repay it and see what happens.

Ok, they are not a sovereign nation. They do have flexibility in alcohol and cigarette sales and stuff like that, but Foxwoods does not have their own criminal justice system and local , state, or federal police would not look the other way as you state. So if Foxwoods decided to kill jj cuz he didn’t pay, that would be acceptable? I mean any mode they want, right?

Usually it depends on the amount you owe on the marker. From my experience @ other casinos, it's tiered off...for example if it's 0-5k you have 7 days and if its over 5k, 30 days etc.

Really depends on the casino so maybe its best to just call the credit office and see what they do. Or just go to Mohegan, take out a marker there and use the funds to pay off the other marker LOL. Given you don't gamble it first!
