Ok, they are not a sovereign nation. They do have flexibility in alcohol and cigarette sales and stuff like that, but Foxwoods does not have their own criminal justice system and local , state, or federal police would not look the other way as you state. So if Foxwoods decided to kill jj cuz he didn’t pay, that would be acceptable? I mean any mode they want, right?

listen, know it all. they're not going to kill him or break his legs and are not going to throw him in their jail which they do have for crimes committed on their grounds but they have the means to make it uncomfortable for him in some manner. probably payments with juice, lifetime ban or whatever else is at their disposal. if he had a real job which he has never had they could make trouble there too. they take markers seriously or else everyone would try to roast them. if you end up in the foxwoods jail local authorities don't exactly rush to help you get out. yes, you get out but not as soon as you might like.

you don't listen. they do not hire lawyers and take you to small claims court. you don't live in ct. and they can't extradite you for this from nj. i wouldn't show up back there however because they would toss you in their clink until you figured out how to get the cash repayed. their gonna harass you incessantly one way or another until they get their money back. once again , you should ask them how many days do you have to do this quietly. my guess is about 14 maybe 21 for a lousy 2k.

if this is real then you had to show them something to get it
such as checking account
there are stories about them placing liens on homes for real bad debts
if you use your real name and ID then there is no escape
but they will work with you if you are honest
