You can murder somebody and get 5 or maybe 10 years or less with a good lawyer.

Okay I can buy that. But the problem in this case is that there are MANY that knew of the situation and allowed it to continue for years - similar to the PSU thing. The pres of MSU just resigned, which I think is correct.
