Its not girl power but its also exaggerated. Its a cling to 15 minutes...

1) bloom is not as hot as whomever plays her
2) she did not wipe out at olympics, she just quit
3) they dont give names still...thou player X is supposedly Toby McGuire and the guy he bails out financially is some related hollywood producer
4) costners role is fake.... sounds like dad was in truth very dissapointed in her and more involved in Jeremys life (played for Eagles and Steelers)

Its intriguing but i could watch rounders every 6 months....i likely wont see this again.

can anyone even name a nominee for best picture ? three billboards the favorite and was good movie but nothing major imo. nobody is talking about any movie that much this award season. and when was last time someone told you they saw a great movie, these days all you really hear are what a waste of time and money it was

A wad of junk focusing on our brainless youths--who, again, I blame for old vet's like me having to put up with the nonsense movies and high priced tickets; popcorn;drinks; over-priced pizza, etc. you name it.

I saw it and didn't believe 90% of it. Molly pretends that she is so noble that she would risk going to jail rather than roll over to the feds and give them names. Puh-leeze! She already did roll over when she wrote her book. It's all revisionist history and political correctness. I didn't even watch it as a true story, just a story. In that regard I thought it was entertaining. I mean the judge letting her off rang as total bs as someone that been ****** by the legal system on a occasion or 2.

Exactly. I never take them in as truth, just another movie. If I was being a stickler for realness I'm sure they would have me beyond aggravated. I'm just hoping to be entertained for few hours.

It was worth watching for sure. I turned it on really late and expected to fall asleep but it drew me in and I ended up staying up till 4am finishing it.

Yep the so called true story movies are often exaggerated and or additional drama and story telling is made up just to make the movie more entertaining and interesting for the viewing audience.. Facts do get twisted as well..

"American Made" movie with Tom Cruise (true story) was not very true.. I was curious and did some fact checking and the movie had many holes in it...
