Wife should get the money for now and not the kids.. That's how it's suppose to work..

Now when the wife dies she should then leave everything to the kids, that is if she doesn't piss it all away gambling and on face lifts... Kids can find work, old wife maybe not.. She needs the cash more to survive and live out the rest of her life comfortably..
