Id like to play again but more as a hobby.

I auditioned to be the new Stone Temple Pilots singer and made it to the final 20... unfortunately I didn't have $ to audition/travel to the US so Ill never know if I could have gotten it.

I like to ask ppl what the most important instrument to a band is.

Everyone has their own opinion.

But they never get the answer correct.

The Vocals is the most important.

Anyone can learn to play an instrument.

Only a small percentage are born with a Voice.

Matter of opinion I suppose.

Point is some things can be taught, some things you are born with.

You can't teach speed.
You are born with it.

You can teach someone to be book smart, but you're born with common sense.

You can learn to play an instrument, but born with a singing voice & singing lessons will only make someone with that talent better, and not benefit those who will never have it.

Tend to agree more with Hman on the speed. Guys that go to the training facilities are trying to improve whatever time by .1 at the most. They are not suddenly going to have a ton more speed, but their improvement on technique can give them that little extra boost.
