Shari... whenever you see me arguing with no insults or filthy mouth words odds are 90% im kidding and busting balls for kicks/views/drama. Like I've said I like it here, I am a guy who will always take suggestions from mods, I like feedback... I just don't like disrespect.

I disliked JJ at 1st cause seemed elitist and kinda childish but I notice is part of his schtick and probably is super nice guy, boys just like to bust balls... and I'm game too... maybe sometimes I go too far and have a really bad day/week and I take stuff personal, but I have no ill will towards nobody here... like I said, I dont hate anyone here, basically dislike no one here...

I just think forums can use a little dose of drama and back & forth, boys like that... and in small doses it cant hurt. I know JJ enjoys it to a certain degree as he certainly instigates it sometimes, in a clever diplomatic way. Maybe thats my failure. I dont have a diplomatic ounce of meat in me... Can't go wrong with a big hand full of Spinach, a big red apple and drinking a ton of water everyday for starters.. It's easy, it's quick, it's cheap and it will begin to do the trick over time. Can also throw in a hand full of blue berries daily as well.. Top 5 foods groups right there buddy no lie... Spinach and apples are the bomb...

I eat it everyday outside my normal meals and have been doing that for years and years.... I'm kicking and going strong. Feel great, don't need a doctor or check ups and don't need meds.. ... Keep in mind I drink alot of red wine every night as well.. Couple glasses of red wine is good for you also but I have tendency to over do it at times.
