It's not that easy if you wanna do it the right way and really make the room sound proof... I'm working on doing that myself in one of my rooms.. Alot of work and materials are involved if you wanna do it the right way, like playing loud music or the drums in a sound proof room and not disturbing the peace in the neighborhood or home...

I'm a contractor myself but retired and I really don't even wanna tackle this job.. I got 3 estimates and all were around 10 to 14 grand.. I'll be doing the job myself....

Naw fires won't make the illegals go back, those fires might make them move to another apartment building down the street though....Fires won't stop the cheap housing development either.. If there a is demand there will always be supply...

For apartment building owners, illegal Mexicans are great as you get paid rent in cash every month and you don't have to claim that income on your taxes then after.. You can even write the ghost vacancy off as a loss with apartment buildings, keep the rent cash in your home and pocket and use that cash as cash spending money for the month..

Not only do Apartment owners use illegal Mexicans as a tax write off for rentals they also sometimes use them as cheap cash labor to paint and fix minor things around the buildings they own.. Win win but you're cheating the system..

I live around millionaires and all my close friends are paid and worth millions too.. I know what goes on... I don't like any of it because I play by the rules..

Bro, you need help if you are betting on the browns.

Ive bet against the browns blindly every week for 3 years and made a ton. Browns find new ways to lose each week. I’ve learned to not overthink it and just bet against them and count the money later. It’s worked like a charm.
