1st: 55% of prize pool
2nd: 25% of prize pool
3rd: 15% of prize pool
last: 5% of prize pool

Buy-in: 1,000 pts

Deadline to enter: Saturday, Dec 16 at 12PM ET.

Contest rules

*** Each entry picks 15 sides from lines posted in an official thread on Wednesday, December 13. Lines will not change. Pick denominations will be: Five 3*'s, Five 2*'s, Five 1*'s.

*** All players MUST enter a 16th and final pick on the Championship game. The pick denomination will be 4*. An official PM collecting the 16th pick will be sent Tuesday, January 2. The final pick is due by Friday January 5 at 11:59PM ET.

*** If two or more teams are tied, the most # of 3* wins is the tiebreaker. If still tied, prizes split.

*** Pushes will return half of your bet. For example, if USC (-3) wins by 3, and they were a 2* play, you receive 1 star.

we'll use the official SBR odds for the contest. should be up Tuesday/Wednesday, once bowl games are announced.

for the same reasons that sbr does not use the contests section. this is a different type of contest than the regular contests. some of the reasons:


*** there is one fixed line for all the bowl games. in the contest section the lines are constantly changing.

*** in the contest section they offer all of the bowl games including tier II. we have only the top 15 games to pick.

*** sbr contests uses units won, based on the line. we use weighted (2*3*4*)
star picks as scoring. cannot do that in contests section.

***payouts are fixed and different in sbr contests. they cannot be changed.
