#44You won't get it back. If you do it'll take months of automated replies from bots via email.

That's why it's advised to use a go between wallet. It's a generic wallet that has zero reason to have an address flagged. One of the extra benefits as to why Blockchain is useful also is it generates a new address whenever you receive Bitcoin. That way, only one transaction is associated with that address (even though it deposits into the same wallet) and not every transaction to/from your wallet which makes it much more difficult to track transactions.
There are currencies that do a much better job at maintain anonymity (such as Monero), but they're not as widely accepted yet.Last edited by mrpapageorgio; 12-06-17, 09:19 PM.Comment -

There must have been a thread on here 3 times a week for the last couple of years talking about this too..Comment -

#49I haven't used a middle wallet in quite sometime when sending to the book. However, once in a while I'll do it to shake things up. After reading this I'm going back to using a middle wallet. Did they close the account in the middle of a transfer? Or do you believe they we're reviewing the account? Was it closed days after sending coin? When I win I always send back using a middle wallet.
Not surprised people ignore the terms and repeated warnings when those posts are so common. But kind of hope all those people that posted that bad info get pinged themselves. They have made it much harder to get the good info across..Comment -
