wow, I need to retract my video about lasso-ing JJ inside of Bobby V's gaming hall and draggin' him behind my rentral car back to enterprise rental car......Yeah basically as far as I'm concerned at least. Well also if you know someone is of a particular religion and may be sensitive to that then common sense says, stay away. Same for death threats or the like.
But honestly I don't give a rat's ass if you call someone a broke dikk fukk or a bee's semen sucker or that chick who thinks she's married to the Eiffel Tower and fukked it the other day apparently. The only time I care is 1. When it's obviously offensive and 2. when someone reports it and I have to investigate to see if there's been a tit for tat for situation or did someone just do a drive by and call someone a coksukker in their little play thread for no reason. If someone is upset - whether genuine or disingenuous - I check each time and trust me, many don't get actioned because some little ratbags on here think they can play us for fools
Basically a happy month for me is when a few people from here know I'm alive thanks to Insta and Facey but the rest of you have no clue... that means many of my favourite people are being silly and everyone is just focusing on betting xo

I didn't ban him. I gave him an infraction so there's no me "letting him back". However when he emailed me I looked at his account and saw that he had two permanent infractions going back 4 and 5 years ago so any single one he gets now will auto ban him for 10 days I think. And he's not the only one as there are a few posters in the same position.
Basically just don't be a pig. I understand that people get a bit wild this time of year especially but just don't be a racist or homophobic piece of poop and no one will have any issues. Compared to some forums we're pretty lax about many things but this is when you'll cop it so just respect your fellow poster - and those who are merely reading - and stay away from that rubbish. I know my sbr "rap sheet" looks much akin to the 8-9 priors of the client I sprung yesterday via some of my finest criminal lawyering to date in the criminal law context, so I'd like to know where I fall under the sbr sentencing guidelines if I misspeak a bit..... as for that client, he had two bond violations for testing pos for weed twice in the past month, and was about to spend christmas in jail while his felonly poss/cont/sub charge went to the grand jury.... thanks to my fine work in getting the state to dismiss the case due to the body cam footage showing the "consent" to search their limo was not truly consensual, he's back out sellin' drugs to well-heeled clientele today and will spend christmas at home with his children.....

Each infraction is worth 1 point other than if you do something major to get yourself banned or at least temporarily banned on the spot ie when you got that cool down period. And that one point expires after 10 days.
So currently you have 1 point against you despite your many infractions for having a potty mouth, trying to do some dodgy stuff and posting nude shit. Where you're going to get into trouble now is that because we've given you so many chances about inappropriate language and other crap, you're going to start copping imposed bans from Mods and Admins because you're obviously not caring about infractions or our rules, which is your choice obviously. So when it happens the next time you post nudity or you say a word on here that you absolutely know isn't permitted, please don't email me begging to come back... you'll be gone for a min of a week and a half and trust me while I'll miss you, you'll deserve it after we've given you 60+ chances
