Lots of rat coaches in the nfl. Retreads all over the place regardless of race. NFL coaching fraternity is a good old boys club of losers. I can rattle off a very long list of current and fired guys that do not deserve coordinator positions. Let alone, head coaching jobs. It’s Bellichek and everyone else.

It’s also a numbers game. Saying it’s only Tony Dungy or Mike Tomlin means that statistically black coaches have had a higher percentage of success/wins/super bowls when given the opportunity over the other white loser retread coaches.

wrong...it took Jon Gruden to get the Bucs a superbowl victory and it was Peyton Manning who won the Colts the Superbowl not Tony Dungy...Manning was one of the few QB's who called his own plays...he was literally QB, offensive coordinator, and head coach all in one.
