You're probably right about Dungy being the best.

He certainly had an eye for talent too.

But as a lifelong Bucs fan, he was too conservative on offense & put too much pressure on that great defense year after year.

It's no coincidence Jon Gruden came in & made just enough changes to the offense in 1 year to win a Super Bowl.

Indianapolis was a great situation for Tony because the offense was already in place with Manning & Co.. & Dungy only needed to strengthen the defense.

I wonder how many Super Bowl that dominant Bucs defense could have won if Tony only would have put a little more emphasis on the offense.

i was watching the lions game & seeing Caldwell totally fuk up the play calling & it got me thinking.

Im not a big believer in the Rooney Rule but also believe guys not qualified to do a job will eventually be exposed.

The only good black football coach in the NFL over the last 20 years has been Tony Dungy. The rest of them for the most part are horrible and only have gotten their jobs thru affirmative action. Football is too strategic of game for blacks to be smart enough to game plan.
