Of course its a good matchup, the Giants suck and the Chiefs are good. But to cover 10 on the road you need more than a good matchup, you need a team that wants to make a statement. Teams coming off the bye this year haven't been very good - look at Denver against the Giants, Atlanta against Miami. These players are away from football for 2 weeks - and Reid's great record off the bye was before the NFLPA changed the rules 2 years ago.

I'm on the Eagles but its a small bet because of what I talked about with teams coming off a bye week. Dallas's defense is trash with Sean lee out and they have no left tackle. I think the Eagles roll them. The only chance the Cowboys have is pressuring Wentz since Eagles left tackle is out.

Cowboys do have a good pass rush but the Eagles offensive line is solid and Wentz is very mobile. Eagles run defense is also great this year with Cox and Jernigan. Eagles linebackers are good against the run as well.

I bet Eagles but at 3 - posted in the forum - I would not bet Eagles at 6 which is where I see the line now.

If I bet Cowboys I'd bet moneyline, 6 point underdogs that cover win 70% of the time, 3 point underdogs that cover win 90% of the time.

Whether or not the books make money usually comes down to sunday night and monday night football since losing bettors chase.

The Minnesota game was in a dome and the weather was mild in Green Bay, this will be Detroit first road game in tough weather. It won't be an easy game.

The Cowboys whole offense is based on ability to run the ball. The offensive line is beat up, Elliot out, Eagles have great run defense. I don't think the Cowboys will score more than 20 points - which may be enough.

I watched Dak Prescott play a lot in college and was never impressed with, I think without a running game with Eagles run defense being what it is he will struggle. I agree with you Cowboys defensive line will create problems for Philadelphia, but the Wentz is mobile enough and lee being out I think Eagles will still be okay.
